If you submit or claim a listing on CompareClaw, you represent that all information provided is accurate and you have the right to provide it. You agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information.
Post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
Impersonate other individuals or entities.
Use automated scripts to scrap site data or manipulate bidding.

4. Bidding and Promotion

Promoted listings are determined by a daily auction. By participating in bidding, you agree to pay the resulting costs. Billing is handled through Stripe and is subject to their terms and conditions.

Bids are non-refundable once the cycle has processed.
CompareClaw reserves the right to remove any ad that violates our quality standards.

5. Intellectual Property

The CompareClaw design, logo, and original content are the property of CompareClaw. Individual project listings, including names and descriptions, remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

CompareClaw is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our services or the accuracy of the listings provided by third parties.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
